The processing of individual strands
The first step in cable assembly
The first step in cable assembly is the processing of individual strands. In line with your needs and the required quantities, we process the individual strands either fully or semi-automatically.
The subsequent process steps are carried out using our two fully automated machines:
- Cutting the cables to length and stripping them
- Crimping at both ends
- Tinning at both ends
- Crimping and tinning
- Applying single wire seals
We are able to process cable cross-sections ranging from 0.13 mm² to 6.0 mm². In the case of larger cable cross-sections and small quantities, we carry out the processing steps one after the other, meaning you won't incur high set-up costs.
We then turn the processed individual strands into cable assemblies or cable harnesses including > continuity and short-circuit testing
Customised labels and inscriptions
The diverse demands on your products often require individual marking of the cables. Consequently, we give you the option to label individual strands in accordance with your needs already during the cutting process.
Labelling is indispensable for ensuring the traceability and identification of goods inside the warehouse. Whether it's a simple barcode featuring the article number or a QR code that includes the order and delivery number: We will create customised labels for you in line with your needs and ideas.
